Matt and Darrin discuss the juvenile delinquent housing shortage.  This segment was shot Easter weekend, after a burning stolen car, search for guns and a manhunt led to two juveniles being released after no facility would take them.  Since Easter, things have not gotten better.  Juveniles have had to be placed in places as far away as Muncie and Jeffersonville.  We need solutions.  Check it out.
